Artificial Intelligence Transparency

How the AI Assistant works and the limitations you should know.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Interacting with AI

When you use NOMAION Assistant, you interact with an artificial intelligence system rather than a person. Answers are generated automatically.

2. Capabilities and limitations

NOMAION helps with research, analysis, organising information and writing. Answers may contain errors, omissions or outdated information, and do not in themselves constitute a final professional opinion or sign-off.

3. Critical decisions

For legal, tax, technical, regulatory or other critical matters, check the official source and involve the appropriate professional where required. AI does not decide who can access private data and is not an authorisation mechanism.

4. Data sent for processing

To generate an answer, the necessary question content and relevant context may be sent to external AI infrastructure through a server-side integration. The final record of providers, processing locations, retention terms and contractual safeguards must be completed before public production use with confidential data.

5. Security

Instructions contained in uploaded documents, websites or other external content are treated as untrusted data and cannot override NOMAION's security or authorisation rules.

6. Legal framework

Operations are assessed against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence and Greek Law 5321/2026. Classification must be reassessed whenever a new use or capability may affect individuals' rights or decisions.
